the terms and conditions outlined below

to provide acknowledgement/feedback within a timely manner.

that you have the funds to pay for the commission, and that the money is your own.

that you will not file a dispute on paypal/stripe or chargeback and will contact me, the artist, in the event that you require a refund.

all payments will be made through paypal invoices sent by me, the artist.

in order to reserve a slot, at least 50% of the original price must be made. There may be exceptions to specific circumstances.

The prices listed are a guideline and are subject to change based on factors such as complexity and rushed deadline. But once an invoice is sent, the price will not change.

there are no refunds. the only exception to this rule is if i am unable to finish the commission within the agreed timeframe, or at all.

The final product of any commission will not be delivered until until payment has been received in full.

Issuing a chargeback or payment dispute without requesting a refund will result in immediate blacklisting.

all sales of mine are "digital artwork" and it is the artwork's "intelectual property" that is purchased by you, the client.

nothing is ever intended by either me or the client to be shipped to them physically.

i am not required to physically ship any item unless it is explicitly discussed.

unless i have accepted a rush commission, your commission piece will be completed within two weeks to two months time, depending on the amount of work required and other irl circumstances that may affect me.

I will send work in progress shots and gifs to keep you updated on the process.

In the case of illustrations, the sketch is sent for approval once it's done. After the sketch is approved, only minor changes can be made.

for live2d commissions, the rigging project (cmo3) file is generally not provided unless there are extenuating circumstances or the project fee is paid.

additions to live2d rigs requested by the commissioner may be discussed, though it may cause the rig to be finished later than promised.

i reserve the right to refuse any project.

ANY of my works are not to be used as NFTs (non fungible tokens) and/or used in ai (artifical intelligence) databases for any reason whatsoever, even if the commercial fee is paid.

any art commissioned from me is free to use on twitch/twitter/discord/etc. for profit, but it may not be used for merch/store profit unless the commerical fee is paid.

i require credit on both twitter and any other platform my art appears on. for twitch channel assets or live2d models, i require credit in a twitch panel specifying what work i have done.

twitch panel credit can be shared with other artists.

i will more than likely post wips of, or stream working on, certain projects. depending on the project you can either request i do not post progress publicly (illustrations) or pay a privacy fee (animations/live2d). live2d showcase will not be made until after the model's debut.

Privacy fee only applies to commissions in progress, once the commission is done, i, the artist, am free to post wips and timelapses of the commissioned project, minus the model showcase exception.

if, at any point, the client decides to sell a character that includes a live2d model/art made by me, please contact me! i won't say no, but i would like to be informed.

my artstyle is based on humanoid characters, nonhuman characters are a bit of a gamble, but i will try my best!

I will not draw the following

detailed mecha/machinery.

detailed vehicles.

fetish or nsfw art.

self harm.

anything associated with nfts, cryptocurrency, or ai art.

other themes or subjects not included on this list that i, the artist, may not be comfortable with.
